This is wonderful. I have been reporting those ess bots at Aubrey, and it was very difficult to do without the right click.

I want to express, that I think the goldfarmer bots are hurting the players who would like to make money from ess. I want to see legit players make money from these resources, and not goldfarmers. I am glad to see that you understand these botters harm people who are trying to make money from their resource gathering.

Good news.

Unfortunatly the impact the mass amount of bots have on the OSR economy will increase heavily with every day passing by.

Even though working on bots "by hand" is likely not the most fun part of your work, I think it is important to keep doing it with high priority on your "to-do" list. Along with checking reports you should check out known botting spots "in game" from time to time; not just to take out bots, but to show playership something is happening. Even though most know there's done a lot behind the curtains, noone hears much about it; seeing some action might help to keep the frustration level lower ...

This ANTI-HOSTING etc. IS GREAT!!!!

But what about auto talkers? in the trading worlds you'd have to ban/mute every1 lol...

Keep those awesome updates up. It's always miraculous to watch myself change how hate turns into love towards Jagex

Glad about the shortcut report update, as well as the others. Been annoyed with the people named "gf*ljgdflk" and unable to report them due to not remembering the name ( got to a point where I needed notepad up to report)

Great news. This really is a great day for both servers. No gamblers and it's nice to see the no tolerance policy reinforced. I'm still shocked how much effort has gone in to 07 already. You're doing an epic job. :) |
