Jagex. Please tell me this isn't all of what bh is going to be. If for more than 2 months this is what you came up with, It shows how out of touch with the PvP Community you are. There is nothing new besides some gimmicky rune pouches and a vesta long sword. I've been training about 3 of my accounts thinking this was going to be something game changing, when all we get is old bh without any of the good shit. I'm holding out hope that this is only the start. But jeez if you think anyone is going to be happy about this microwaved dog turd of a bh system, then just delete bh.

Firstly,
Remove the permanent skull. Replace it with minimum risk required. Scale it to combat level or protected wealth if need be.

Sick and tired of 1-item gmaul. Sick and tired of the prod meta.
I could endure it when 90% of the people were doing msb or crossbow to gmaul
At least the other 10% had something interesting, like obby tanks or low level zerkers or literally ANYTHING other than knives/msb/rcb to g maul.
Now I can step foot in the wilderness and wham, 100% no-risk prod g mauling even more rushing and spec tabbing.

Why would you force skulling and encourage 1-item pking instead of encouraging variety?

Sure, unskullers don't risk enough for the advantage they bring. Why not force them to?
Make an unskulled player not eligible for a target unless they risk at least 100k + 1% of their protected wealth on death. Ballista, anguish and dark bow instantly turns into 300k. Dragon crossbow to g maul is 140k. Claws, elder maul and amulet of torture is 800k minimum.

How about that instead of just straight up deleting the incentive for variety?



Secondly,
...blighted supplies and "sacks", weak design. Come up with something better than cheap copies of existing items.

So PvMers and skillers can earn millions per hour afk in 0 risk activities, while I gotta consume several hunder thousand in supplies per hour to get 0 emblems, despite 10 kills?

No wonder the pvp content is dying if all the rewards only ever go to skilling or pvm.

To top if off, everyone just rushes or spec+teletab away 10s into a fight.

Pathetic update.

Pretty much all I do in this game is PVP.

TLDR: My suggestions are: 1. Change BH World so that you cannot protect item (too many 1-itemers with no risk) 2. Please don't remove PVP worlds (what good will come of it?)

I was really excited when I logged into BH world and saw it booming with players. For the first few hours I was loving it. Pretty much everyone I was matched with as my target was risking similar to what I was. However, eventually things changed drastically, and it felt like every target was a MSB to AGSer with rune boots or climbing boots and no ornate granite maul risk. I really don't like the fact that you have to wait for your target as well. I would prefer if the target was lost as soon as they left the wilderness.

I am going back to PVP worlds. Even though it isn't as active, I can still find players to fight because of the wide range of combat levels I can attack. Also, it is easier to for me to change my risk (i.e. go to G.E. bank and switch dragon boots with rune boots).

It's so awful it's almost comical.

BH 3.0 is literally the epitome of trash. The only way BH 3.0 works for you now, is if you're a maxed account with the intentions of farming emblems. Once again, Jagex has failed to listen to the community and instead delivered a watered down bounty hunter experience after 2 months of high hopes. It's literally the old EP system in PVP, total trash. You need to obviously hire new developers because there's clearly a lack of fresh ideas coming out of your team to revitalize the BH experience.

You need to release the old Bounty Hunter craters. It'll quickly becoming evident the type of Bounty Hunter experience players actually want. Instead of a sub-par minigame, why not actually buff Wilderness Slayer to actually make areas of the wilderness more active, with bounty hunter being it's own minigame in the old craters, rather than a farming machine for high level clans.

It's obvious from Reddit and the forum that this update is wholeheartedly hated. But like everything else, the feedback will fall of deaf ears whilst Jagex gives themselves a pat on the back for "qualify updates" that took 2 months to implement... Which could have been done in less than a week.

20 kills, a fair few fullfilling bounty tasks, still 0 emblems. During this time a pvmer or a skiller could have earned tens of millions. Whereas for a pker the reward from the game is 0k, thankfully some players at least risk something, so a bit of income from players.

I have almost 500 bounty kills...fix your broken system.

Truly a terrible update. I guess no one thought about the fact that having the VLS in the shop makes the scaling for the rest of the shop items just ridiculous, also now as a tribrid pker BH is completely pointless as Frontline are just holding every hotspot and farming t10s to then sell in thier new Emblem selling CC for 40m? You have just made rune pouches 6m ea. Then I actually geared up in veng gear in decent risk only to get 8 target kills and NOT ONE SINGLE EMBLEM. JAGEX I BEG YOU PLEASE STOP DOING THIS YOU ARE LITERALLY KILLING THIS GAME.

---only serve the purpose of helping farmers boost for emblems. no pker would actually do most of these activities in any of these locations otherwise. it was the first content that should have been removed.

--- only defeats the purpose of many account builds ( i.e. obby tanks) as well as discouraging any variety away from the use of trash gear and a protected +1

the drop rate for the emblems and the upgrade rate is far too low.
--- it only encourages scummy behavior such as farcasting, safe-ing above full hp, and spec tabbing. players are expected to go approximately 200-250+ kills, and without a single death, in order to obtain one tier 10???? this only encourages players to never give their opponent even a chance to do damage.

the introduction of the VLS has drastically altered the equilibrium in the bounty hunter store. ---Rune pouches are going for 6-15m and Ornate Maul Handles have already doubled in price. This is only exacerbated by the low drop rates for emblems. i earned two antique emblems after 30 target kills. Thats worth one msb scroll for about 4 hours of time. bogus.




honestly? just bring back bounty hunter version 1. the way it was just before the june 13 2009 update that allowed tier 10s to be tradable. THAT WAS YOUR MISTAKE THAT ALLOWED EMBLEM FARMERS TO MAKE MONEY. if you dont like the cc's having power over dictating the price? too bad. they're already doing it again, immediately.
