I think certain questions should have additional poll requirements. Like for you to vote on the BH poll, you should have an existing KD ratio. Anyone who doesn't obviously doesn't pk so shouldn't have a say in the matter.
Castle Wars polls should require you to have at least 10 tickets, otherwise you've never played the game and have no idea what you are voting for.
I'm really upset a lot of graphical reworks didn't pass. I think they might have passed if people had been able to see all the pictures of updated items.
-Decorated polling booths in towns is what I'd like, but having it in banks would probably be what most people support. I think Alfred could design a pretty cool looking booth though! Maybe a cool npc with a funny name.
-I like having a button on the interfaces as long as it's not in the way. Definitely not by the mini-map though. I'd end up misclicking it and it would load the poll settings and I'd die to a pker as I tried frantically to close it. Also I'd like to be able to see how the poll is fairing after I vote. Let us see what is/isn't passing and by what percent.
I also think the 75% should be reduced to 70% because if you have been around the forums lately, there are a lot of players who vote entirely out of spite.
Lastly - Just as a general rule, please never poll Castle Wars update without first consulting the CWC.

I'm neutral about poll options. Though more accessibility is probably a good idea. (I use the client so I didn't really know about the frequent polls at first)
What I absolutely do not like is changing poll requirements. Using skill totals (or even different combinations of skill totals) seems fine. Requiring people to quest or determining what people should keep in their bank or requiring people to play a certain amount of time if they are a member should not be poll eligibility requirements.
The point of the journey is not to arrive.
I like the polling booths in banks idea, but having it in every bank would be overkill and possibly annoying, depending on their bells+whistles. Having a polling booth in each of the major banks (Varrock West, Catherby, Void Knight Outpost) would be visible enough and would save a lot of effort/possible annoyance.
I honestly don't see the use in any in-game ways to poll. If you care enough about the game at all you should be more then willing to take a couple seconds to log in to the home screen and actually read about what you're polling. This is called Old School Runescape for a reason right? I think we should leave as many aspects of it the way they originally were, the more in-game features we add in every poll the more it'll all be cluttered up like RS3 is, which is the reason I and I believe many other players stopped playing it. I've always liked Runescape for its simplicity and for the fact that it didn't NEED all these miniscule details that added up to be just a large clutter on my screen. Thanks for reading and long live Old School!
I'm so glad you didn't post a question offering to lower the percent needed to pass - I feel that 75% is already too low for changes to the game to be made.
In terms of requirements I'm in favour of increasing them to 600 total. Right now the level req is trivial and open for abuse. 600 total means you know your way around OSRS a bit and prevents people who don't care about the game from making accounts purely to vote on.
As for voting, I'd prefer the town criers to handle the polling. It makes sense and gives them a use besides shouting out the most recent update (which itself is very helpful).
