4). God Wars Dungeon. Before I start I would like to say, I have played this game since late 2005, and I understand how both party's feel about this coming to our servers. I have seen how overpowered the godswords can be, yet I have also experianced the fun (and profit) of bossing in the dungeons myself. Now, I will begin.
God Wars Dungeon is very controversial at the moment. I strongly feel that this update can be easily added, without effecting the economy or PvP community. Now how is this possible? Read on. I firmly believe that God Wars Dungeon should have their own WORLDS! Yes, make GWD worlds for players to go and boss Bandos all day,or AGS spec eachother in the wilderness (Not all Pkers are against it). This gives great end game content for those bored high level players who are tired of killing dragons for cash. Now I said this wouldn't effect the economy, or PvP, right? Well, yes, the economy in every world would remain the same, and so will PvP, because once you leave these GWD Worlds, the items will remain untradeable, unusable, and basically worthless. Now how is this fair? If you can't PK someone with, let's say a SGS, outside of these worlds, then you cannot complain about these weopons being "Overpowered", because theey simply don't exist. Now if you entred these worlds, yes you are OP, but you chose to fight someone of that caliber. Get it?
In simpler terms:
GWD World = GWD and GWD related items
Non GWD World = No GWD and no GWD related items
Of course, you can branch off of this and allow GWD item in any world (But Not In Wilderness) as long as they remain untradeable. This gives players more areas to train if they so desired. Ex. Ape Atoll with a Saradomin Sword. And it keeps the PvP community in check, as well as the economy. Obviously if you could sell an AGS or Bandos in ANY world, prices would go down the toilet for lower caliber weapons like the Dragon Scimitar or Dragon Chainbody.
Please take this into consideration.
