I like the concept, but how it is being proposed I do not like.
Everything about this game is about how many hours you put in. If you are an established content creator, then good for you, you can play all day, get ahead, reap the benefits and get more followers.
If you are unemployed and society pays your way, then you can play a game all day and reap the rewards also. Sounds like a nice life.
But for the rest of us that have full time jobs, families, friends and other hobbies. We are only able to contribute let's say 2-3 hours a day. By no means is 2-3 hours an insignificant amount of time, but it's not enough to be competitive.
Instead of 'be the first to' achieve a lot of challenges. Why cant it just be a test of skills and game knowledge? Being able to complete a challenge should be rewarded equally to whoever completes it first. After all, how can we be first if we are just busy making an honest living?
