I do not understand the idea behind removing rune running on the Ourania altar. I know your intentions were to reduce the experience rates down to what was polled, but that is silly. The experience rates for a solo player were already at the polled level, it was only when a player either payed for a service in game or used alt accounts that they increased beyond your acceptable levels.
Using alt accounts for that purpose is already a bannable offence, I question why you have cracked down on rune running services. The price for such a service is extremely high, so high in fact that rune running was the fastest reliable gp/hour method in runescape (reliable meaning not gambling or chance based such as staking or getting extreme clue scroll luck). That means that for every hour "saved" by spending money on a runner is actually more than an hour lost doing other tasks to earn that gold. Even beyond that the change is mostly meaningless as running will simply switch to running the law/death altar which do offer less experience, but far more than Ourania if using even one runner.
It is worrying to me that a huge in game service trade has been demolished without a single poll because the experience rates were higher than expected because of player interaction. Is that not the point of MMO's, to have players work together to help each other improve? I implore you to poll reinstating trading at the altar, I have serious doubts that people were upset over the most expensive training method in the game.
