Regarding the Arceuus Library runecrafting training method, it has been proposed that books from the library will no longer be bankable. I think it should be nerfed in a different way.
In my opinion, using imp-in-a-box to bank books for you isn't the problem with Arceuus Library. The problem is 3rd part programs tell you exactly where to find every book in the library.
Even if the proposed nerf of preventing books from being sent to the bank goes through, this is still a very good runecrafting method on Ironman because it doesn't use any essence. It's possible to get up to 150 books/hr without using imp boxes. That means at level 65 Runecraft this is better than Blood runecrafting! All without requiring any pure essence.
I don't think the Arceuus Library was ever intended to be competitive with other runecrafting methods. And it wasn't until its procedural nature was exploited.
To truly nerf this method, I propose that the book spawns should be made random (or at least random enough that a 3rd party program such as RuneLite cannot predict their positions).
