Can we get something that will allow us to change the colour of the Criers coat and hat? the Criers in each city each have different coloured coats to represent that city, I've always thought it would be cool if we could have that too :D

I like the proposed new rewards, however, some of those rewards don't fit the overall theme of other clue scroll rewards. In particular, I take issue with the following items and propose an alternative to introduce these items into the game:

- Dragonhunter Crossbow Recolours (proposal: allow players to use KBD heads/Vorkath heads on the Crossbow)
- Sandwich Lady Outfit (proposal: rare reward from the Sandwich Lady random event)
- Gnome Scarf Recolours (proposal: rare reward from the Gnome Delivery minigame)
- Beekeeper Outfit (As above, this should be a reward from the Beekeeper random)
- Wieldable Balloon Animal (As above, should be a reward from the actual random event)

I find this content expansion unnecessary if jmods know that whatever they want to poll for expansion can easily pass with flying colors.

New Puzzle type: Tangrams

Hard: Uses triangles mainly

Elite: Triangles, Parallelograms and Squares

Master: All of the above plus circles and odd shapes.


Clue Rewards


Bob the Cat Soft Toy - Place-able in house

Equip-able Gilded Spade - can be used as normal whilst equipped (dig/farm etc)

I <3 Runescape T-shirt

Acorn hat/helm (meaning the seed :P )

Amulet of trails - Spawn up to 10 spades a day, 2.5% chance to increase number of rolls on the reward casket by 1 (eg. normal easy reward - black pickaxe , bandos page (+ 2.5% chance to gain another item (good or bad))

Ring of Scrolls - Spawn a clue scroll once per day (random difficulty), 2.5% chance to increase rolls by 1 (as above and stackable with amulet as additive not multiplicative (5% chance if worn with amulet))

Bracelet of Clues - 2.5% chance to siphon a reward from a different tier clue (eg. rune kiteshield in your medium clue), Teleport to Watson (5 times a day).

Third Age Spade - 2.5% chance to siphon a reward from a different tier clue (stackable with bracelet as additive not multiplicative (5% chance if worn with bracelet))

Sleeping Bag - equip-able, puts you into a sleeping bag (like the ring of stone) (RSC reference ;) ), perhaps 2x restore rate in run energy?

Giant clue scroll - equip-able in ammo slot, increases chance of a clue scroll dropping by 5%

Clue Reward Idea: High Tier H.A.M Outfit
I am not much of an artist so i have no design for this.

I think there should be some nicer looking H.A.M Robe Top, Bottom, and Cape added as a reward from a tier of clue. To my knowledge when you wear full H.A.M you get caught less while thieving clue scrolls from them. I am a 113 combat and when i do this i look like a noob. I think it would be cool to see some really nice looking H.A.M top bottom and cape added that go well with the other pieces so a higher lvl farming easy clues scrolls would look awesome. Give it the same advantage as wearing the other pieces so you get caught less.

Rerolling is a no, clue scrolls are meant to have that challenge. If someone wants to complete them, they should be working on the requirements for them.

As for new items, we could always use some more cosmetics. Here are just some I thought of of the top of my head. Ill think of some more, I had some ideas written down somewhere.

New Items:
1. Off-Hand Suitcase (Since we already have the main-hand version)
2. Hiking Stick w/ possible special animation (Similar to the NPC Soltztun but a different color)
3. Walking stick w/ possible special animation (Similar to the NPC Sylas)
4. Colorful Elegant set
5. Gilded HAM robes

RS3 Inspired:
1. Briefcase on/offhand versions
2. Explosive Barrel
3. Gilded Cavalier and Gilded boater
4. Animal staves

Please Focus on HARD clue scroll rewards and not so much elites... elites are not nostalgic but give the best rewards :(

Possible Hard clue scroll rewards.


God Crowns
(wreath for guthix. Jewels for sara. Fire or onyx for zammy)

God Spear with stats to rival zamorakian spear
(Guthix spear and sara)

lightning whip
(adds magic damage and sparks to abbysal whip)

3rd age Masks, rings, scrolls, capes, hats, skirts, crowns, hoods and pets.


pet leash
(a wieldable chain that stretches out to your pet)

Girdle and hoop skirt


Cowboy hat

New Emotes!! hula hoop emote reward plox

I do not thing these are good ideas. Adding a re-roll to clues would really ruin the challenge of having to train that one skill or do that one quest to solve high tier clues, and making them stackable would make it way too easy to farm clue scrolls. The idea of adding a boss option at the end of the elite and master clues also seems unfitting for the game and would change the way clues work too much. Also, beginner clues just seem really unnecessary, a level 3 can solve easy clues come on. The only thing in this blog that I don't mind really is the stackable caskets.

This seems more like a way to make clue scrolls easier and more convenient than an expansion in my opinion and I hope that these do not pass.

Support ! Yes please stack clues/caskets but not sure in regards to re-rolls.

I'm not sure it's worth risking fall in value of current rewards...if in fact more Treasure Trails are being completed anyway then combining stacked clues and re-rolls could potentially be dangerous ?

We will be collecting and completing more clues in general so i think adding more rewards or replacing others could be beneficial although this could depend heavily what roll table the reward is added too.

I remember it getting to a point after this was introduced 'before' where seemingly you couldn't even sell the rewards you got from TT so lets just try not to do that.
