Great read, really pleasent to know!
However I do wonder, are you guys at Jagex implenting a bot nuke aswell? Because simply banning the bots won't get you totally rid of them.

It will however break current bots and set them back a long time before they can actually function again. That with the new bot detecting system won't make it easy for them to make a new bot and if, eventually, they do, they can re-nuke them. Pretty much and endless cycle but the only real solution tbh.

Amazing news ... only if the bots would have actually know they have been banned, and maybe stop playing?

Cause they are happily playing ever after they have been banned :o

And probably celebrating the good news, they started to buy even the cure plant vials from farming shops; guess is the new beverage for celebrating bans that never happened other than in JMods' threads.

I've been wrongly banned for the use of a bot some weeks ago now. I have NEVER botted in my life. After reading this post it's clear I'm a victim of your mistakes. I'm unbanned now and can play again, but the banmeter on my account status is still halfway up. Meaning if I break another rule or you make the same mistakes again I'l be perm banned and lose my account. I'm asking you to review my account again and reverse the banmeter.

Don't tell me to send a mail to accounthelp, because I already did weeks ago. STILL no reply.

Sorry about the rant post, I'm innocent and don't want to lose my account. :(

I was thinking you should make the general shop in karamja so it will only buy the stuff it has in stock, so that way bots can't sell essence and buy it back to craft. This would be better than removing the shop as people do rely on it for some supplies that is rather difficult to get other ways such as charcoal.

Best place to go, I'm sure they'll Quash the offense for you if you're telling the truth.

Report botters, but what should i do with the players who don't respond to my calls, and i have reported the for likely botting, and then they talk.. Will that get me banned for reporting a player? However i am not sure if he is a player?

How do i distinguish? i have seen many bots at behaving the same wasy as some players are doing trying to attack my ankou i am fighting..

Or maybe the player got caught botting and says he is not a bot when i already reported him...
