@jagex PLEASE MAKE IT SO ANGLERS STILL OVER HEAL WHILE IN A MULTI COMBAT ZONE! @jagex You are going to ruin this game! PLEASE START POLLING PVP CHANGES! You need to rethink the upcoming changes to anglerfish and think about the entire community instead of your streamers. A large portion of pures use anglers for tanking purposes while clanning in the wilderness.

I'm just going to make a few comments about the PvP & Bounty Hunter changes. Most of the changes are good, except for 2-3.

Must have an Mysterious emblem in your inventory to get one as a loot.

Mysterious emblem drops are a big draw to Pking & Bounty Hunter. Players getting back into Pking are likely to die & use a lot of supplies, learning to Pk. This is removing the intensive for new or returning players to want to PK.

I have a friend who just recently got back into osrs exclusively to PK because he found out about emblem drops. This change will only decrease the amount of poeple who want to PK.

Anglerfish; Specing & teleporting

This is confusing to PvMers & bad for PKers as well.

If a PKer is low HP & food after finishing a kill with a special attack. This gives anyone 3-6 seconds to rush the pker & get free loot.

What about PvMers using angler fish to kill high level wilderness bosses or PvMers getting teleport blocked because they use a special attack on a monster? Do these changes only apply to player vs player or in general wilderness scenario?

Adding a delay to tele after using spec is straight up stupid. I get that this is supposed to combat NS'ing or rushers, the reality is this isn't some sweeping issue that is completely ruining the game as a whole. Sure it's annoying, but the solution to the problem isn't making it easier for people to get PJ'd, it's just flat out moronic. Want to fix spec-tab rushing/NS'ing? Find another way, because this is just going to piss people off and evolve into a whole other form of PJ'ing where people stand around waiting for someone to spec, and then PJ, having the confidence knowing they're completely fucked for several seconds.

There was a working system in place for this not to be an issue with Classic, what annoys me the most is that we've gone backwards in Oldschool, & now there's hope we'll be back to the same working model that we had in Classic, & we're meant to be excited about wasting 5 years of game time.

Why was this not a priority earlier. ...... & how many Players has the game lost since then?

We're celebrating something we once had, this's just a devious & malicious act that is played out all to often in many facets of our specie.

It's behaviour like that which sets off Revolutions.

Are you serious? I mean.... one example: a pure risking a maul and some rune Arrows, vs non-pure accounts risking 500k or more UNSKULLED. Now the pure can just skip for a more convenient fight for FREE. While the unskulled player will have to choose to rather spend millions for a chance of the 70k reward from pures.....

Talking about risk vs reward, huh? Players risking 0 while skulled being able to choose not to fight the unskulled who risk rather huge amounts.

If this is implemented, I have a better solution:

What if this is based on the VALUE Your oponent risk. As in the example:

Player 1 risk 50k, player 2 risk 400k. Player 2 can freely swap target for free. This without taking skulls into account. (i'm also against this option, but it is better than what is suggested above).

Do not ruin risk vs reward..........

I think a lot of these proposed changes would negatively affect pvp.

The easiest example is no emblem drops for people who dont risk an emblem. Most pkers are awful, they die more often than they make kills. The only reason these people don't go bankrupt within hours is that they occasionally receive emblems. These emblems pay for supplies etc. If the change is implemented that basically means that whether or not you make money in bh is only decided by how good you are at pking (and a bit of luck), bad pkers will lose fuckloads of money to people like me and quit.
