I believe the addy bars should be noted, but reduced from 20% to 5% or less. they could also be reduced from 4 per drop to 2 or even 1 without causing major problems, yet still be worth keeping.

making them noted is basically taking them completely out of the game. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

Also please consider adding a special attack to the armadyl crossbow, otherwise its just another karils crossbow but with slower attack speed.

With you being so much on the forums, i can't believe you haven't seen this one a million times!

Perfect special attack is a guaranteed letting the bolt special attack, for example 60% spec bar to have a guaranteed diamond bolt special attack

This has been requested numerous times, as currently letting the enchanted bolts do their special attack is completely random.

This would have to be somewhat balanced with dragon bolts special though, perhaps increase the bar % to 100% in that case

A special attack differenting on the type of ammo is already done with the dark bow

Could you please poll the addy bars?
or maybe lower the drop from 4 to 2 noted bars? That way there would be a nice money making way for players with high ranged lvl imo... Unnoted thing would just kill it.
Please reconsider it!

Also about the armours... How about adding Robes of subjugation? stronger than ahrims... Dropped by Kril... and move the staff of light to Zily then. To balance it out.
Would that be possible?

A player with level 83 Slayer should be able to get dragon boots (and rune boots) as drops, and immediately go off and sell them.

If we made the creatures drop dragon material that upgraded rune boots to dragon boots, but you also needed a high Smithing level to upgrade the boots, a level 83 Slayer might not be able to do this if they didn't have the Smithing level. So we're proposing that there needn't be a Smithing req.

Would this dragon material be tradable? Or would that also have to be polled?

Run Energy drain would be cool and useful for pvp without any OP damage boosts. Crossbows already technically have damage boosting specs with enchanted bolts (though at random of course). Perhaps even a leech effect where some your run energy is restored from the opponent could be worked in as well (useful for Sara boss in addition to PVP).

about the arma cbow spec... I think it would be good if it either had spec that lowers the defence of the target... (just like BGS) or just spec similliar to DDS, that could fire 2 bolts at once, making it 2 hitsplats.

Also about BGS, will its special attack will be just like in 2007 august? Lowering every combat stat? or would it only work for defence?

After reading through this, I must say this is incredible.

It is simply amazing all the ideas and projects that are being considered.

I am simply ecstatic that something I suggested nearly 4-5 months ago may actually be added into the game (dragon tip for the rune boots).

I am so happy that we have a chance to add the great GWD to our game.
