If you completely removed the ability to uncharge a blowpipe etc that is a huge change when you could just limit it to the duel arena.

it clearly says WITHIN the duel arena?

"You'll no longer be able to empty or uncharge the following weapons: Trident of the Seas, Trident of the Seas (e), Trident of the Swamp, Trident of the Swamp (e), Toxic blowpipe and the Sanguinesti staff. "

It "clearly" didn't say that, they said in order to stop people from doing it in the duel arena, you will no longer be able to empty or uncharge the weapons, period.

Uncharging them still works but the wording doesn't make it sound that way.

"We proposed making a change to tackle scammers which involved preventing players from emptying weapons within a duel. "

First sentence, it's pretty clear.

"Partial completion of What Lies Below will now unlock access to the Battlestaffs. This is after the battle in the library, but before you speak to Rat Burgiss to complete the quest. We have attempted to make it clear at this stage of the quest that you can now purchase battlestaves from Zaff and that going on will reward defence experience, so players don't run into any accidental defence experience gain."

Can it be made so that if you have a certain QP/total level/diary you can still buy these battlestaves without getting through 95% of what lies below? It just seems a little unnecessary to have to basically complete a quest, but not complete it, to be able to purchase battlestaves from Zaff...especially if some of us who have not completed the quest may already be purchasing 60/120 a day since the hard/elite diaries are completed.

How come you guys never fix the ancient mace d spear exploit? Its sole purpose is pretty much super clans logging in on skulled people to smite them for stuff that would normally never be smited under all normal circumstances. Its pretty unfair, so I'd appreciate a response as to why its not in these changes.

Ya it doesnt happen often but I dont think it would be a hard fix. and it would make it so people would actually go into multi skulled with a good item. Youtubers and stuff like wont touch multi half the time because a mega team could be trying to stream snipe and get a easy ags they didnt earn.

but if there was a good reason why this hasnt been changed I'll stop begging for it on every post :p
