I feel like Player Owned Houses should be a Non-Hotzone, but if you die, your loot appears outside to anyone that kills you, or if you die to a random event, your loot appears outside for anyone to take.

This would create an incentive to do prayer on PVP worlds, and drive down the amount of alchers alching in houses, with the chance of dying.


I'd also like to see the "Teleport outside portal, or in house" added for construction, it gets annoying having to leave your house to join somebody else's.

That's great news :) just make sure its the one from bounty worlds this time. One offered in last poll seemed to focus more on pile jacking/jumping(where you attack someone after a kill) which isn't the main point.

The main thing I think a lot of us want is to be able to fight someone without being attacked by someone else in the middle of the fight, only way is if both of us stop attacking each other for like 5 or 6 seconds I think it was.

What kind of pj timer? I think a pj timer that everybody would like and has no harmful effects is one where:

Before pj timer:
Player A and B are fighting. Player B's friend (player C) wants to help him. Player B stops attacking while Player A is still attacking. Player C then attacks Player A because nobody is attacking him, even though it is a single combat zone (where fights should be fair).

After pj timer:
Player A and B are fighting and player C cannot help player B until both of them stop attacking eachother, or one dies.

This would make single-way combat, especially hybridding much more fair. This way teams don't have a huge advantage by being able to take turns fighting a single player.

Instead of adding Ancient warrior's items, like Morrigan/Statius/Vesta which we do not have the graphics for, we should fill out the whole dragon tier instead. It would be much simpler to recolour rune items into the dragon scheme (red and dark grey). Not even RS3 has added all dragon tier items to the game.

We can just add Dragon Throwing axes/Javelin's to function as Morrigan's weapons, with it's special attack but with reduced stats, released through a new impling.

Statius's Warhammer can be Dragon warhammer with it's special stats and reduced stats. Released through possibly a new slayer monster (dwarf) that drops it.

Vesta's spear can be the Dragon Hasta with it's special and reduced stats, released through a new metal dragon.
Vesta's longsword can be the Dragon Shortsword with it's special and reduced stats, released through Shades of Mort'on Gold Chests.

The two problems with this is that one: the armor's are not introduced, yet they were never used in the first place because they degraded into dust and GWD is already releasing new armor so we don't really need it in the first place. Two: Zuriel's staff can't be added through changing ancient warrior weapons into Dragon. Though to compensate for the loss of misamic spells and the staff, we can just add magic damage on magic potions that was released with the overload update and add magic damage on the Black mask (i).

Also as an unrelated note, what I would like to see in OSRS is skilling content rather than constant combat updates. What the OSRS team has released so far were only small tweaks to skilling instead of new content like ZMI altar, or Advanced agility courses. Also, a rehaul on every mini-game would make those dead mini-games more popular. The new impling that gives dragon javelins/throwing axes, and the Dragon shortsword released with Shades of Mort'ton

well you must not of been a very efficient pker then. I was a maxed 70 defence 95 prayer account that quite literally abused an AGS. I had more than 99 firemaking in gloves banked, about 5 sets of each kind that they offered in fact that i still had after achieving like 85+ woodcutting on oaks in lvl 1 edge as well. Way too easy to get and to get levels up in wild.[/quote]

don't forget about always being skulled. I know thats not how it originally was, both weren't in the original pvp worlds, but pvp worlds were updated so that you were always skulled and that it had a pj timer.
So how would you approach this, would it be 75% needed or just majority. Please don't do what you did with rares and poll something like "do you want them to be discontinued," and since it didn't reach 75%, but majority, you made them continued. that makes no sense..

The pj timer should be polled first if anything. Majority wins. Then next poll we can vote for "do you want pvp worlds knowing a pj timer will/won't be in effect"

Hi Mod Ash, thanks for the twitch livestream yesterday, I heard about it from a fellow player, is there anyway we can have a link to the livestream schedule on the old school landing page?

Also, 50% of people in the wild currently are 1 itemers, I get tired of smiting dds and if I smite a crystal bow I don't get anything, we need to find a way to get actual pkers to go into the wild, not encourage more 1 itemers.

Unless pvp worlds are different than I remember them, I would vote no :P .

Things I would look for to make my no a yes:
A method of money making that does not exceed any other current money-making method in the game.
A skill-reward based return on money made (old pvp worlds were time-reward based).
A money/armor sink for rune/barrows/gwd armors.
Something to discourage one-itemers (i.e. make the protect item prayer work only if you're losing 3 items worth 25k+ based on alch value).
Brawling gloves with a smaller bonus (i.e. 10% bonus in the main portion of the world, 50% in the wild).
Consider making an item that is valuable to skillers only available to pkers as a drop. This will connect the two communities (since they can't just dump it in the ge).
Etc...
