Since the update today, my runescape client is bugged. The screen "shifts up" about 1 inch and every click has to be input 1 inch lower than the actual spot I wanted to click. I cannot reach the submit bug report button because of the odd shift (clicking 1 inch lower is impossible in full screen mode and in windowed mode since I am either at the edge of my screen or outside of the window respectively).
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
It's the first I've heard of this, are you still experiencing it?

Did you guys realy just randomly block people from doing inferno? Isnt beta world used to test new gear? This is retarded to block specific content .
What we were seeing is people not using new gear, and instead taking it as an opportunity to practice the Inferno for free. Since the Inferno is still new content we didn't want to diminish how impressive an achievement it is to complete it in the live game. Once more time has passed it's possible we'll allow the Inferno to be accessed in tournament worlds.
