Since the update today, my runescape client is bugged. The screen "shifts up" about 1 inch and every click has to be input 1 inch lower than the actual spot I wanted to click. I cannot reach the submit bug report button because of the odd shift (clicking 1 inch lower is impossible in full screen mode and in windowed mode since I am either at the edge of my screen or outside of the window respectively).

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Not a fan of the forced special orb display, it seems like it should have a toggle like the rest of the orbs currently do, but only for itself.

The reason for this is because the vast majority of the time you will be levelling, you won't be using specials at all, so being able to toggle this off for players without impacting the rest of their information would be useful.

My opinion on new raid reward's, will start with bigger issues working down to smaller issues also pro/con's along with what item i feel is just right.

Din's bulwark with Justiciar armour is broken , this should not be allowed 515 Stab ,517 Slash ,501 Crush in max gear with Mythical cape in combination with 17% reducation is broken to say least ,
Did multiple test's but two test's showed most , 2 mages 1 ranger and 2 melee piling me in max gear , i took barely any damage they couldn't kill me even with spear , and biggest issue was that with 17% damage absorb stacking with prayer it becomes very hard for them do any damage this need's be looked at in my opinion it should not be possible wear bulwark while equiping Justiciar.
Pve block+Justiciar would give 37% reduction , clearly broken

Elysian Spirit Shield with Justiciar is another issue , first pvp issue is that 16% damage reduction combined with 60% on prayer and 25% 3/4 chance from elysian make this absolutely bonkers broken in single , this should either be nerfed to make it only one effect is active at same time with either Elysian taking priority or Justiciar set.

Rapier+Inferno Defender ,good combination ,with just slight change to maybe reduce rapier strength to 82-83 and make it a 1.8 speed weapon or whatever strength is necessary balance out extra speed , prefer it have less strength and more speed , would feel more like Rapier than Longsword then.

Scythe i feel like it's under powered but anything you do to it will make it to strong ,only thing i can think of is to make it slightly faster and fix way it interact's with it's ARC attack as right now i feel like it doesn't hit square's it suppose too , cone effect would fit better.

Also last but not least biggest issue of all , Elysian spirit shield with staff of dead special with Justiciar set effect would give 25%+16%+50% for reduction of 91% damage , no matter how i see it ,Justiciar if released should not be allowed stack at all with other sets.

Don't you think it would make more sense for the combination range+def/mage+def potions to actually use their potions in the creation? You did it with melee potions so why avoid having a common creation method?
3 vials of liquid+herb=super cb
You should do the same with range/mage versions because the vial of blood being the 3rd vial.
Plus with the amount of herbs you flooded the game with with first raids don't you think it's better to use the potions so at least 2 herbs get sucked out?

Current: Vial of blood+cadantine+wine of zammy
Example of replacement: Ranging potion+Super defense potion+vial of blood+cadantine.
Follows the same logic as super combat's creation while still using all the ingredients of original idea (but uses an extra dwarf weed+cadantine) in it's creation.


ADDITION: Forgot to mention this but why are both combination potions for mage/range the same level and same experience? I'd hope it to mirror the levels of the potions effects it provides. (level gap, slightly different xp)

Just because super defense has a great use and is used very commonly in not only super cb but just in general with all styles of combat (aside from safespotting) maybe also consider using a lantadyme instead of cadantine, purely cause of the 2 options to currently use lantadymes for I'm surprised they even worth as much as they are. There's far more antifire potions than anyone could ever use and there's no practical use for magic potions (although with superantifire's creation there's a chance might actually use up some of the supply being added daily). Maybe use a dwarf weed too, they have 1 use.

I avoided recommending torstols because they have plenty enough uses and will already be getting another with the proposed potion of totality.

You have to understand that the inferno takes lots of supplies and money to even attempt. If you add them up it costs a lot to get the inferno cape on average. By allowing players to have free items and supplies going into the inferno, it will give them better understanding and therefore will succeed a lot more in the live game.

There is lots of other content that the Armour can be tested to give sufficient feedback for use in the live game.

I hope this clears some of the confusion. :)
