We get it. You want F2P worlds. That's currently not up for discussion. Vote yes for F2P pking now. Try and get F2P worlds later. One step at a time.

As for Rune / Pure essence, why can't we just go back to ONE type of essence?

Voting yes will just kill any hope of f2p worlds. When that poll comes available I will vote yes, not until then. Shouldn't even be a second vote the community voiced its opinion and 75% was not met should be the end of the story for pk

No it wouldn't because if they see people enjoying the f2p concept of the game then they will eventually add full blown f2p worlds. I don't get why people are so against this to me it makes me think that people are only in this for their self. People need to realize we all fought this 07 server not just the p2p people. Who cares if you still have to pay for the worlds! If you care about the game and the players that help you get the game back then you will at least help us get the f2p styled worlds.

I'm not ready for a real f2p... We are not prepared for the explosion of bots... Keep them pay-to-play for now. If we can find a solution to bots... maybe 1 or two real f2p worlds...

But the fact is, the game cannot fight the bots with a team as small as we've been awarded. They are doing their best and I agree that forcing rwt companies to empty their wallets to get a foothold here may help detour them some.

With this in mind, why not allow our pk community a world where they can play their f2p-styled pking. A world that's still pay-to-play.

Maybe we can bring up the whole "real f2p" thing later... but we just aren't ready.

I would support zmi. It was a nice counterbalance for runecrafting.

Runespan, however, was the worst update for rc in the history of the game. But I found zmi pretty fun. Back when I was 77 rc, zmi was the reason I sought out 91 rc.

Zmi also rewards combat lvls, otherwise you'd have to either take the long way around, or follow someone (not guaranteed you'd survive).

Zmi was also a reward for doing certain quests (lunar diplomacy)...it has a place in the game.

Zmi also did not seem to impact the good profits you could make from double nature runes. Runespan, however, allowed every last person to get to 91 with virtually no effort or dedication. That killed prices (and bots too).



I would likely vote NO to gwd. Although if you do HAVE to implement GWD you could consider making god wars weapons require something more like lvl 90/99 or something. The presence of GWD will also have the effect of CRUSHING whip prices/and making slayer less worthwhile. Consider carefully before implementing GWD.
