I logged in just to show gratitude! Great job Jagex, as always. The amount of negativity I read in this thread is saddening, and egoic. So I wanted to show my thanks and let you guys know, great job! I have been looking forward to this for a while and can't wait to try out the new mining activity.

Tried the wyverns out but there drops are just terrible adamant battleaxes etc why not rune?

Atm the wyverns result in a loss of proffit. I must say its positive to have both a slayer and an off task cave.

Also I think it would be good to increase the amount of fossils you can get cause atm they are very very rare and it would take a very long time to get all the displays full and get the required kudos for the mine (180 Kudos).

Today mostly the wyvern caves are dead atm.

The quest was nice too!

Theres still some work on fossil island imo including buffing the drops.

Perhaps this is what they'll use to bargain with OSRS players in order to nerf the popular skeletal wyverns?

I'd be trying to get the most out of camping the skeletals if I were you, since I suspect a sudden nerf will be coming rather soon... ;)
