From what I've seen with the performance of OSRS on various netbooks and linux phones, this is going to be a real feat. The old recommended specs (1GHz CPU) tend to be really sluggish. It would be really nice if you got it to utilize GPU and end its single threaded misery ^_^

Just curious like everyone else as to when can we expect the beta to be released...

Also I know the whole game will be available on mobile, but I have a feeling that it will mostly be used to do afk skills while on the go at least at first while the bugs and interfaces are still being worked out. This might create an influx of items like sharks, magic logs, and runes which would devalue all of these items. I know that it is important to the in game economy that items like these aren't essentially worthless. Will more item sinks be introduced in game? or is this something that will be monitored once mobile is released?

Honestly can not wait for this. I have been highly anticipating this for a while and it is a great addition to the capabilities of Runescape. I can now be less introverted in my life and still do what I absolutely love in public ^.^

This character is around 3350 days old, I really think a veteran cape of sorts should be issued for all pre mobile players so we can be easily recognized for our achievements!
To be fare all pre EOC accounts that were later used to log into osrs should also have had there Veteran capes since in fact those accounts have achieved the "V" and "X" Veteran status.
