Id like to see 10v10, 20v20, 30v30, fullout as well. it makes alot more sense

I hope the jagex team re-thinks this one a bit =/ No PvP clan wants to play an objective game such as king of the hill.... Just give us 10v10/20v20/30v30 to fight it out-.-

I urge the J mods behind this idea to please refer to the Rsb Main ladder osrs forum thread in the old school clan section the 3 leauges in their and the rules would be most suitable for most warring clans.

That's the only time F2P is mentioned in the entire post.

1. What F2P cups? Aren't all of these P2P, with exception of individual match rules agreed-upon by warring sides? (Ie. if one side doesn't agree to F2P, it must be P2P.)

2. If these are all P2P, where are the F2P cups? What are the F2P cups? Most clan wars (between sizable clans) take place in F2P, so you shouldn't just neglect it.

3. What about clan-wide name-changes, where the clan deliberately has their members change to similar themes to make it hard for the enemy to tell them apart? This is largely considered NH by clans but is still done as an arms race.

I don't think 8 clans represent the clan world or even the pvp clan world. If the rules you ask jmods to go by were popular, more clans would be on the ladder.

They are all p2p cups (thankfully). However, if two clans come to a mutual agreement to war in f2p, then the war must take place in a f2p world. That is what they ment by that rule.

And unfortunately they did not make a rule about clan name changes. Shame.

This sounds like a reasonable change. Providing having 29 Defence doesn't allow for any extra gear to be used then I see no issue with allowing... Unfortunate... pures from taking part.

Soooo, will the competitions by judged on experience gain? or points gained? As you make it seem like it will be judged on both.

Sorry about that, I can see it is a little misleading. It would be judged entirely on points, experience gain was simply the working title I was using for the cup to begin with. Points will be equal to the experience you would have gained from the activity you are doing, so there really isn't any difference. But yes, it will be judged based on points and points alone.

More Matched Opts
A lot of people have said that they would like to see more matched opts cups. Keeping in mind that we need to keep the event a manageable size (it is already looking at being around 13 cups total) and the negative feedback regarding the King of the Hill Cup, it may be possible to replace the King of the Hill Cup with a 20v20 matched opts cup.

Regarding 8v8 being bumped up to 10v10, it seems like a pretty insignificant change. By that I mean, if it would simplify the tournament and not take away from the chance for any smaller clans to compete, it is a change that could be made.

What cups are F2P?
For all PvP categories there will be a P2P and F2P cup (All-out P2P, all-out F2p, capped P2P, capped F2P etc...). @JagexRonan

Is there a particular reason why the PvP cup fights must take place on Saturday of all days? Can the fight time not be more flexible (ie. Sat & Sun)?

Especially in summertime in countries where it's the only warm time of the year, no-one's going to be home to play RuneScape. Sunday evening would be a much better day for many to fight , as fewer people would be out on weekend trips*

Tldr: Among others, my country clan is crippled on Saturdays. Please allow more lenience so we can fight on Sundays instead. RS since 2001
