I'm all for a gay pride event. But since Jagex is a company that wants to "treat everyone the same" let's be fair and have a straight pride event as well!

You mean like the Rome & Juliet Quest in-game, or the fact that every established relationship in OSRS is heterosexual? -

I have certain views on the LGBT stance, but voicing my opinions over a game won't solve anything. It comes down to courtesy, don't force your beliefs on a group of people and expect them to not fire back.

In the end, it's as simple as just not acknowledging the event if you don't agree with it. No harm no foul. At least no one is forcing a belief on you.

As for Pest Control, good update Jagex. Now can we get an update on the status of OSHD? The coding behind the client and the status of its safety interests me.

Since when is a quest an event? Besides, idk about your claim. Some npc relationships on here seem to have a pitcher and catcher ;)
