I'm not sure I'd agree about how major it is, but okay.
Quite simply, having just hired Mod Ry, we now have 3 artists in the team for the first time ever, and we're more able to spend time on some of the little graphical issues. Especially as they make good practice for him as he learns how to use the OSRS dev tools. However, our graphical systems do remain very old, and some graphical issues will not be feasible to solve.

Getting the required protection setup there is not a quick thing for our hosting company to arrange, and we don't have an ETA to pass on - and, frankly, the last ETA we did pass on wasn't worth much, so asking for another one doesn't feel like a great move.
