Good to see they've done absolutely nothing about Heroes Guild runite bots (according to the map).

Well considering their latest detection system is by moving them to a new world and monitoring them whereas mining bots got around that, it would at least make sense that there wasn't an increase in bans there. That doesn't mean they aren't banning bots there or that they will just leave them be.

Adding onto that, the rune rocks are underground, I think it doesn't add those to the map since it will have different coords and such, there's none on top of that tzhaar cave marker and last I checked (though this was a while ago) there was a ton of bots there.

Or rune rock heroes guild bots could be those markers on top of white wolf mountain seeing as the rune rocks aren't directly below heroes guild.. like I said though I don't know exactly how the heatmap works and it's probably better if Mod Mat K answered it, but if you truly think they're doing nothing about rune mining bots at heroes guild you're an idiot

The F2P addition is reasonable. All of this is reasonable. They want to add F2P without an increase of bots. Reasonable. So F2P's get a two-week trial (this is temporary, obviously, for now) to see how it will progress. If it's viable, brings more members (yes, Jagex is a BUSINESS and all BUSINESS' strive to make money) they will keep F2P around. It's not cheap, either, dedicating a few servers just to F2P. Especially if all it brings is botting and RWT. Why would they allow it to progress if it were just to create problems and revenue loss? Introducing F2P in the first place this early on is actually surprising. If you come as an F2P, like the oldschool style, then you keep playing and pay for membership. If it continues to increase globally, F2P will stay. Trial and error, that's all it is. Give them credit.

Easy solution: Remove the 2 week trial and just make F2P a permanent release for ALL players while still making all players pay for membership.

Honestly this is a better solution considering a huge chunk of your playerbase (including myself) will remain members and just use F2P worlds alongside them. I know personally that I'll be using pking F2P as soon as it's released, due to that being my favorite style of pking. We're only paying around *7 a month to have full access to the game.

This way, you'd satisfy both new and continuing players.

That actually does absolutely nothing. There are already 2 f2p PKing worlds and they're dead.
