I recently got 99 mage and range - and I'm disappointed by the skill cape perks because they seem kinda half-baked. Spellbook swap on the mage cape is great but it should be at least twice a day rather than once - so we could swap, use the spell we need, then swap back. From my point of view there is no reason why it shouldn't be unlimited, but some people might disagree on that.

For the range cape, it retrieves arrows like Ava's Accumulator, but it doesn't give the range bonuses - meaning I never wear the cape when PvM-ing. It should have the bonuses - I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't!

I would love to see the Chaos Tunnels added for the slayer poll. For the slayer skillers that receive green dragons as a task. It give us a chance to do slayer without having to play pvp or world hop to avoid pkers. You shouldn't have to pvp to be a 99 slayer. Thank you :)

I'd love to see more written on The Inferno. I think OldSchool RuneScape is ready for something like this. :)


Some skillcape perks changed suggestions:

Magic - Increase the amount of times you can change your spellbook up to 5 times a day.

Woodcutting - Unlimited teleports to the woodcutting guild (makes sense due to the crafting and fishing skillcape perk).

Mining - Unlimited teleports to the motherload mine (makes sense due to the crafting and fishing skillcape perk).

Agility - Aswell as acting as a graceful cape, it could restore your run energy at double the rate. (similar to how hitpoint cape works with hitpoint restoration).
