I'm not sure where I should post this, because I honestly think Runescapes contact system is horrible. And I understand this whole lag problem is effecting a lot of people, but I'm paying for membership on two accounts that's I can't play on. It's been a week now and counting, and I just want a heads up on when this will be fixed, or a reimbursement for my membership. Something. I know you guys are trying hard to resolve the issue, but I can't even connect for more than a minute before disconnecting.
