1. It should drop as a sigil that is added to an elysian shield to create the divine shield.
2. It should drop as a sigil that is added to a blessed spirit shield as before.
I approve for both options. ( also make elysian shield protects over hit through prayer NPC's )
How will the sigil table look like if divine gets added? currently it is 1/585 to hit the table and then 3/7 chance to get a spectral or arcane and 1/7 for ely
Combat formulas
"The Dk's update" - Something else, if there is an instance area then I feel like people should be rewarded with the normal drop rate of loot. However, give them a 5 seconds extension of their spawn as well as their combat level be increase by a good few levels with a buffed table or allowing players to get noted d bones without the requirement of frem diaries however the way this should work, it should deny people from camping the 1 boss for a berserker ring etc. If they'd like to do that, let them do that in non-instance areas as that area would be competitive but doesn't deny them that privilege. The one thing i hate about the dk's area is when you see players camping the 1 boss for berserker ring.
Divine spirit shield - I can see that being abused in raids.
Demonic gorillas aren't the best to allow that reduction, I'd like to see it for zulrah. Let a solo player benefit from longer trips than bots. If bots want to take that risk of using that valuable item then it would be great when they get banned. Nice gold sync. ;')

Elysian: It should reduce ALL incoming damage, doesnt matter of source.
Also spectral: All pray reducing attack should be 50%less
Relic rework : 100% Yes
Divine: Yes if another "hybrid" sigil attached to existing shield(also why no more combinations)
