One place the bracelet of slaughter has already been recommend is at bossing. As the boss gets low health, switch barrows gloves to bracelet and get the high slayer exp but not have your slayer task diminish.

So much hatred, "The Khazard Warlord in Tree Gnome Village is once again vulnerable to safe-spotting."

I spent hours grinding for that boss YESTERDAY to beat it last night and now its nerfed back to normal again less then a week after its buff

Can you make sure the plain silver necklace looks different from the one from Murder Mystery quest?

I think those of us who smuggled it out of the quest using tele grab should still be able to flaunt our coolness.

how exactly does this work?

The timer that restores your stat, essentially doesn't start counting up, until one of your stats is boosted. So you'll be guaranteed 48 seconds of your boost, if it is the first boost you do. This is great. Thanks for the consideration.
