Not a bad idea but obvious beginning flaws, I don't know if they'd released a beta for the raids or not but I just spent 3 hours on a raid getting very close to the end only to have the host just quit kicking everyone from the raid with no reward whatsoever and and no meaning to the time i just spent trying to get through the darn thing. Not only that but considering the amount of time it takes to get through the raid only to get a 2k-15k reward seems kind of terrible. It's a cool concept just need a few fixes.
1st Suggestion - The party system shouldn't be based off of the clan chat, the brown star that comes up in the raid showing everyone in your party should be how people are invited and join, and in the event that the host does lag out/log out it will switch to someone else in the party as host so the rest of the party can continue on the raid rather then just wasting an hour or more out of their day for no reward.
2nd - The Reward system - though the major rewards like d claws are worth a lot of money on release, the smaller rewards make it not worth it, I just watched a 2 and a half hour raid only for the person to get a small reward not even worth the time actually spent. The loot doesn't have to be the same for everyone but the value for even the lowest amount given should be significant considering the time and effort put in to finish the raid.
Just some of my personal opinions on the raid after release.

Body, Spirit, Mind, Heart. A Body that is weak cannot defeat adversity. A Spirit that is broken cannot reach enlightenment. A Mind that cannot withstand torment will not see the path, and a Heart that doesn't beat will achieve a hollow victory.
