Pretty sure being muted removes forum access, so while they're mad, they Probably aren't reading this. :P

Well, you can still read it while being offline. I'm sure there are a few angry muted people read this thread now. :P

About the swag bag, make sure players can't put potions and food in it. Don't need it turning into a packyak.

With the swag bag, they can put whatever they want in it, but as they can't take anything out unless they are at a bank, it won't help them store more food to use.

Just curious, what will you be adding to Red Dragons drop table?

What would you like to see them drop?

Onyx bolt tips . Possibly double dragon bones.

This is a good idea. Np one in their right mind will ever make onyx tips as of now. Would not mind seeing visage added to its table honestly. As long as its just the Wildy ones and not the brimhaven dungeon. Blanking on some other ideas at the moment..

Maybe stuff like noted battlestaves too, rare drops but useful.

Double dragon bones could be a good idea perhaps enlarge the red dragons slight so it makes a bit of sense why they drop more bones :P

I don't really see how any of these things is going to bring life back into the wilderness. The untradeables solution proposed is pretty reasonable I think, beyond 20 wilderness is a pretty fair compromise. I'd like to know what mechanics you plan to introduce to cut down in the level of douchebaggery that exists in PvP currently ( DBow specing and running back out, fight interrupting, ragging etc).

I still believe the best way to up The PvP community is F2P, but I know that decision is not the OSRS teams to decide.
