To be honest, I don't think you're supposed to make every portal destination (unless you really, really want to). I'm only building 1 portal chamber and keeping the 3 destinations I find most useful for me and my guests.

The fairy ring and ornate jewelry box combined take you near to most of the same places as the portal destinations anyway....

They didn't seem to think so last week. While you're doubtless correct that a lot of people will not appreciate this change, a lot of people didn't appreciate last week's either. (In fact this week's change was itself a proposal from that lot of other people.)

When I first read that I was just waking up. Now that I've read it again, I can't help but point out that last week's CHANGES to the fairy rings was the result of A POLL (46 or 47 according to ronan LAST WEEK) and...

This change is the result of the "right" group of people CRYING about last weeks changes (that were VOTER APPROVED in a poll).

So, y'all poll things and the players say yes and then when the "right" group of players CRY about it, y'all just CHANGE things to suit them?

That blows the theory that ALL CHANGES MUST BE POLLED all to hell now don't it?

Also did you not read the rest, they are changing things without polls now if their is an overwhelming positive response. No need to measure things with polls.

Still makes a change from saying.

The situation has changed. thinks Jagex should honour the results of the original Old School Poll

I hear ya Librarian. I had to do a double take on ash's post tho. Honestly, of all the team, I HAD the most respect for him originally (past tense certainly applies when he can so boldly inform that CHANGES are being made without polls, but only if the 'right' group of peeps are crying).

whoever idea it was to change the left click on fairy ring to a right click configure should be smacked in the face by general graardor, and snatched up by kree' arra and fed to the baby avansies. smh at the ones that thought this was a good idea. this is a sort of quality of life update and should have been postponed until the next QOL poll so you could see how many people actually wanted it, instead of listening to a couple of people on the fourms...

Not thanks for the grape update. It pays too much homage to bots and merchs. I should be able to just grow them on my own without buying anything and without having to account for the profit margins of bots/merchs. I know it lost a poll anyway. The point of the journey is not to arrive.

A left-click teleport to Zanaris is rather useful for some training routes.

there is literally nothing in zanaris that attracts enough people that require you to change it for the other 99.98% that would like to see it the previous way (without a QOL poll). change it back, and poll it i guarantee that you will find that almost no one except people that craft cosmics want this update, which is a minuscule percentage of people compared to the amount of people that use it for everything else. all I am saying is POLL IT... like osrs is suppose to be done.
also to the people that craft cosmics, there is a last destination on fairy rings that should be suitable enough, bring a dueling ring and a glory, if you forget to bring a charged duel ring then use your glory. its not that hard guys...


other then that great update, and solid poh update, other then the fact i cant figure out how to direct the marim teleport, iv tried the ape atoll teleport off of the standard book and the teleport off of the arceuus spellbook without success... guess its time to just grab every rune out of the bank.
