It is not intended to be bankable, the item is just a joke and there is no reason to keep it. I understand players may want to keep it just as a like, souvenir from the quest, but it is useless, and there is no reason to keep it. At this stage, if we changed it to be bankable, the players who missed on taking it in the quest, may be irritated.

If you really want to keep it in your inventory, I'm sure you could drop it on the floor, quickly enter a game, forfeit as it starts, then pick it back up. Twitter: @JagexKiere*

Also, maybe add the option ' Catacombs of Kourend ' to the slayer ring?
