Do bear in mind that I may not always be able to answer every question that's got nothing to do with the update, depending on what the update requires us to do.

We're not offering to allocate all that memory for a completely separate house profile, but you'd find it easier to move your rooms around to get two unconnected structures at opposite sides of your instance when my menu comes out. I hope to demo that in a livestream soon.

I was able to get the load time down from about 16 secs to about 4 secs, yes. I'm afraid if I go any lower it'll mean the hotspots don't render correctly for you in the distance. You may be prepared to accept that, though when RS3 did it they got a lot of bug reports from players who weren't okay with their houses always looking buggy.

Personally I think many players do want one, and I expect us to do one eventually. But having spent so much time on capes not that long ago, I'd like us to spend the dev time on things that aren't capes for a bit longer.

Items that aren't directly tradeable on the GE nevertheless have a notional value that's used on death to determine their protection. It's generally derived off the cost of a comparable tradeable item, e.g. the bludgeon.

Mat spent a lot of time generating cost/benefit analyses for translating the game, including the extra dev work and maintenance involved in running it indefinitely after it's done. I'm afraid it's not something we're doing in the foreseeable future.
With the slayer cape perk now working in your inventory, does this mean we will have to drop the cape in order to not receive the task we just cancelled?
