I love the idea of raids, it's something this game is missing for far too long. I'm sad to see the armor failed the polls, sadly 26% of the community matters more then our 74%, but regardless I have an idea that I've been holding off on because I thought the new armor would surely pass. Since it hasn't I'll throw my idea out there and hope it gets noticed.
Malghouls Bone armor: (Degradable) A dense armor carved from the bones of a great and terrible creature, requiring 80 defense and offers a good amount of protection. The special bones it's crafted from absorbs 20% of magic damage inflicted.
Malghouls Hide armor: (Degradable) Crafted from the hide of a great and terrible creature, requiring 80 range and gives a good amount of defense and a range bonus. The special hide is as hard as steel yet agile, it absorbs 20% of melee damage inflicted.
Now this is my idea, the hide armor would be great for pures or any ranger who gets left in open melee combat. The Bone armor would be the first of it's type to offer a fair amount of protection from magic damage, making it usable almost anywhere and everywhere.
