Like others have said, a player council doesn't really seem like that great of an idea. It's a nice way to try and gauge some actual reasoning behind some of the community's votes and etc. rather than just a No or Yes vote.

But I don't think it's the best idea, it would just turn into a popularity contest between streamers/youtubers. Perhaps just a hand-selected amount of people that Jagex could allow them to send messages to and etc. about what they think of the votes and such.

I have nothing against new content and I love stuff like rooftop agility, but please do not add something like GE or summoning that will completely ruin the game. Me and my friends just started playing again and we love the game as it is. Judging from my own experience, it's never a good thing to listen to the masses. There is a reason why balancing team in Dota don't listen to low level players, but instead turn to the veterans who really know what's better for the game.

Please don't ruin this one like you did back in the days and you will have my full support.

bh will mean we now have 3 ways to pvp so no reason to wildy, i suggest making an npc at wildy ditch that gives u a bounty task and u have to find that player in wildy instead of a whole new place.

i highly doubt a new skill would pass in poll (we dont need a new skill and really what could there be that fits and isnt gamebreaking), id mutch rather updates on ALL the old skills first.

councils would mostly be popular steamers who i myslef (and probably most others) couldnt care less about. whats wrong with polls? do we really need the drama?
