Thank god you changed the instant teleport to 10 seconds outside of combat. People here don't seem to realize that if you could just tele away from danger, there is no danger ever and you'd only be increasing clan-man mode.
With the combat addition, you have to play vigilantly and pay attention. If you see white dots approaching, tele fast. If it were instant tele, the game would be completely ruined for every season of deadman to come and all of their work would go down the drain. If you don't understand why, let me explain:
Deadman mode is meant to be dangerous. If you don't like pking and don't like danger, don't play it; DMM is not intended for you to be able to skill faster. If you were able to teleport out of combat, you'd never be in any real danger unless you're hit by a clan, and it would completely eliminate solo pking - especially at lower levels! Instant teleport would kill solo pking completely and this would just be a pvp world with 5x rates.
If you think if Deadman Mode is too harsh, even after these huge updates making a world of difference - reduction of items lost from bank, like cmon - then don't play. Simple as that.
