Awesome job with the placeholder. A VERY welcome update! :)

Few tweaks would be in place though, as many here have stated, there are some inconveniences.
What I'd want the most is that the "Always set placeholder" button should be at least made a semi-permanent. What I mean is, if you toggle it on, you'd actually HAVE TO toggle it back off when you want it gone. Because now what happens is that when I log out and log back in the button toggles off and I mess up my freshly rearranged bank.

I'd suggest moving the button next to the "Release all placeholders" button in the settings menu and indeed making it so that it actually stays on or off.

My little feedback on the Placeholders: Great so far! I am one of those kinds of people who has one of every item just for place holding and organization. This is awesome for those items that I can really only get 1 of, or items that I find too expensive to have multiple of (Things like a Dragon Pickaxe)

However would it be possible to "Lock" and remember what has a placeholder? - Specially if it was manually selected?
The enable 'Always set placeholders" is a good solution, however some items like quest items I don't really care if they have a placeholder (in fact I might not want them to have a placeholder) So having to manually release their placeholders as they are created I imagine could get annoying.
While other items like the Graceful set, Ores, Bars, Herbs, exc I always want to have placeholders because I often refill and empty them.

Hi, love the placeholder idea but one of the primary reasons I wanted it was for potions... and it's not really usable for potions because myself (and a lot of people) like to have (1), (2), (3) and (4) doses right next to each other.

Please let us make a placeholder for each dosed potion, thank you.

(I would also like to see the permanent placeholder option especially since I lag out a lot)

Another idea is multiple placeholders. I want to put black dragonhide top in my runecrafting tab as well as in my combat tab. When I withdraw from one, it withdraws from the other. Possible or no? That would be quite useful as well.

The game disables the "Always set placeholders" feature after logging out and back in, which often results in me withdrawing a certain item, assuming that the placeholder will remain. Instead, I end up withdrawing the item and the placeholder no longer exists for that item.

I would like for the game to save the state of the "Always set placeholders" feature as a preference, so that it is always enabled after logging out and in.

Hey, not sure if it was intended but it appears the update has made all worlds sync for the organised crime mini-game - severely hurting those who use it to farm planks / cosmics there as all worlds die simultaniously. Any chance someone could tell me if this was intended or not?
