I think a clue expansion is a positive idea... if it were more focused towards the existing tier's, namely the elite's, i.e its drop table and all round return for the effort you put in. Why introduce a master tier, when elite was supposed to be the hardest, and btw its also broken? Fix elites. And if you do introduce master's, you're not actually considering we sacrifice one of each tier clue to recieve one!? That's a horrible idea, It just doesn't work, if you have to do it, do it right.
The reward from falador diary where you get an increased clue drop rate from guards was a fun update and sometimes i myself like to grind out medium clues in falador, but often there's already several people in each world. If you do it this way, every world will be packed, and you'll have 5 people scrapping over one bloody guard and it won't be any fun. Same story for every monster that drops clue's, area's will be packed, players will be stressed, and it will feel like work as opposed to play.
