This isn't just another cosmetic item people are missing out on now, it's an item with actual Utility, and it's not really fair to exclude players from that because they didn't get on for the event one year.
It's available for purchase from Diango.
And the fact remains, EVERY HOLIDAY EVENT prior has been polled. If they're going to change policies midstream like that, they at least need to announce it on their OWN DAMN WEBSITE.
