I cant see this working,

Instead of spending money on developing your bot systems why don't you put your hand in your pockets and start employing mods to simply hop worlds go to common spots and on the spot ban people. Truth is your systems can sometimes be wrong...
Love it. Less money on you, and less annoying for human players.

You guys are clearly underestimating Jagex technical power.

Those special world have even more technologies than in normal game to detect bot from human. If you ever get sent to one of those world, i highly doubt jagex will make the mistake of banning you unless they are SURE because of their SYSTEM that you are botting.

Botting is all aboout scripts. It's like matematics. I'm sure they'll be able to make the difference.

Let's see what happen, you guys are ranting but have no idea how this will really work. And we will never really know, because they don't want botters to know how it's done.

So explain all the already accidental human bans?

...exactly.

Now explain me why did they add different worlds?

Exactly... to prevent damn accidental bans!

Seriously, use your brain.
I agree with PLS DNT STP, you guys don't know how does it works and your posts are only a proof for that. If you would take your time and think about how effective is that, then you wouldn't be posting that.

Okay, i just checked the bot worlds.

At seers yews, there are about 60 bots juste waiting there, either broken or getting mad lots of randoms. And the trees are all ents. This is so funny.

If you get in a bot world, you will know it. And they are cleary testing them to make SURE they are bots.

Can't stop laughing haha.

Good point, but I'm not necessarily ranting. I'm just trying to look at this at all angles-good and bad.

It's a great start to getting rid of bots. If this is the way they decide to go about it though, they should definitely wait to get more feedback on this update before releasing. There may be better ways of combating bots, the Google CAPTCHA is a great idea, not sure if its possible though.

I know bots are top priority, but rushing things like this update where it could possibly hinder legit players gameplay, isn't good.

Great. But we only found out about it a couple of days ago.
What's wrong with giving this a couple more weeks to see how the players feel about it?

@NUG

No capcha is no longer an option as AI can now read them. It is sad to say but bots are getting more and more advanced as soon they may be able to carry on a conversation. Just watch
