One whole year of deliberation of lootshare to just scrap it away? The lootshare concept wasn't liked since there was no lsp decay/restore which the old lootshare system provided.
But it won't be because the shards will be static to the 1/300th of the Tassets price.
All your scenario is...is Flipping...that's it. You can do the exact same thing already. Buy low, sell high.
Which doesn't solve my issue of the PvMers actually getting their worth.
The market isn't going to sort out the Shard Price because the Shard Price is static to the Item they're relative to.
Yah, umm, noe, that's EXACTLY WHY the market will sort them out, BECAUSE they're linked to item price
And if you can't grasp that yet, there's no need for me to continue with you, as you never will get it.

To all those saying "who would buy shards?"
You can? If you got a 1/3 split of shards just buy the rest to make the full item and sell it?
Because of this same thought process someone else might buy your shards to do the same thing.

Removing the issues of trust? People keep the drop when they get it with lootshare that's the whole point of it. You could go pvm with people you've never met before and not have to worry about not splitting because you either get a drop or you get LSP. Dissapointed how the whole LS idea was just thrown out of the window.
I would say do instantshare rather than just this, if your going to split up the drops we might as well get the actual value of a split than having to try and sell the shards for whatever price.
