Tournament worlds are not a polled feature and so they cannot be permanent. If they were implemented permanently there is a risk of a lasting impact on PvP, which is not something we want to see happen.

what is the lasting impact on pvp? people doing better or maybe you think people will drift away from normal pvp and play on tournament worlds, well this is called the hype and im sure jagex knows what the hype is but for the people that dont know its when something is hyped up usually at first release when people are more interested to see what it offers then people drift away to other stuff later on so this is the same thing for this but when people are more trained they should feel more confident so this should boost pvp activity so i still dont understand what this answer means saying a lasting impact on pvp is
