Tournament worlds are not a polled feature and so they cannot be permanent. If they were implemented permanently there is a risk of a lasting impact on PvP, which is not something we want to see happen.

lets think if im a newer person to runescape and dont know much and i see these tournament worlds well i get on them and play and train and am having fun and get really proffesional but because its not the normal game i get bored of tournament world and i think this is what lays in wait for me and i've been able to practice so i think im going to be motivated to play runescape, i dont think this will negatively impact pvp how would it impact pvp negatively, all it is is a training thing for people to get better if anything this should boost pvp activity because people get to master techniques so this should help i think
