Really, Jagex? You guys received SO MUCH feedback about this and yet the only thing you changed is that the melee vs. ranged & magic capes would be offered separately. WOW; players suggested so many other things and content to you guys, yet it seems completely ignored. Things like:

- Having an expansion to the Mage Arena in order to earn a best-in-slot Magic cape.
- Having an expansion to the Animal Magnetism quest for a best-in-slot Ranged accumulator-like backpack.
- Considering the new designs that players have offered; some of which seem to have more support than those you guys are featuring (like the animated Waterfall/Galaxy cape, or re-colors of the current Fire cape model).
- Instead of capping the Dark bow's (or any other weapon's) max damage, just reducing the power of the Special Attack (instead of allowing it to deal 50% more damage, just make it deal 30-40% more damage).
- Separating the Fight Caves from the new minigame; it seems like most people do not want an expansion for the Fight Caves (I personally do, however), and yet that is disregarded.

Players want quality updates, and are willing to wait it out if we know something spectacular and worthwhile is going to be released. Look at Zeah, for example; it was rushed, we all know that, and it is going to constantly evolve based on player feedback. Don't rush this! Listen to the players ahead of time (be PROACTIVE, not REACTIVE) so that Old School RuneScape doesn't take the same route as RuneScape 2/3 did, for the sake of everyone's enjoyment and survival of Jagex as a company, please and thank you!

If anything, AT THE LEAST, you guys should poll these types of things so that players can statistically prove to you their desires. Asking these 2 simple questions about separating the combative types of capes in the rewards is not enough; use this opportunity to delve deeper with more questions to find out how you can better improve this awesome content idea!

Do you get all 3 capes after completing the inferno, or do you choose one? So, you have to like complete it 3 times to get all. That would be better. Getting all 3 capes at once is just too easy in my opinion, considering how OP they are. I would really like to see a nerf to the melee and ranged cape. Melee strength to 6 and ranged strength to 4. :)

OK can I borrow 70m from you so I can do fight caves with an SGS and max melee gear? smh..

RS3 Status: 120 Slayer done now onto figuring out what I should do next.

Since Jagex needs help with player feedback regarding the Jad 2 capes, here are some poll question suggestions that would better understand players' desires:

Question #1: Should the Jad 2 capes be implemented by means of a Fight Caves expansion?

Question #2: Should the Jad 2 capes be implemented by means of a new minigame, separate from the already existing Fight Caves?

Question #3: Should the reward(s) for completing this activity include a best-in-slot melee cape (link to stats)?

Question #4: Should the reward(s) for completing this activity include a best-in-slot Ranged cape (link to stats)?

Question #5: If the Ranged cape is released, then should it be able to retrieve ammunition (functioning as Ava's attractor/accumulator)?

Question #6: Should the reward(s) for completing this activity include a best-in-slot Magic cape (link to stats)?

Question #7: If the Magic cape is released, then should it allow the player to cast the God arena spells (functioning as the Zamorak, Guthix, and/or Saradomin cape)?

Question #6: Should the best-in-slot cape(s) be awarded all at once, or must only one (if applicable) cape be earned for each completion of the activity?

Question #8: Should there be an alternate reward (such as an Uncut onyx) if the player wishes to decline the best-in-slot cape reward(s)?

Question #9: Should the Dark bow's Special Attack "Descent of Dragons" be reduced from dealing 50% more damage to dealing 40% more damage?

Question #10: Should the Dark bow's Special Attack "Descent of Dragons" maximum damage output be capped 48-48, for PvP only?

Question #11: Which concept design of the Jad 2 cape(s) should be used (link to Design #1, Design #2, Design #3, et cetera)?

... and so forth. Jagex needs to have a more in-depth poll to better comprehend what players want, and not force feed us their opinion on the matter.

As long as the max cape is able to have all 3 of these capes in it at the same time, then im all for these OP capes

If not im voting no because you make these OP damn capes while u refused to let max cape keep its Pre Eoc stats

~DONT RUSH CONTENT, BIS items should have time spent into their activities in which they are obtained.

*DO NOT MAKE AN EXTENSION make a seperate cave that you must have a fire cape to enter. Possibly on zeah? since there is so much space on that island.


YES to all capes, however, make it different to obtain each one.

No it should be doable not straight up impossible. Fire cape is BIS melee yet fight caves can be done by anyone and everyone. Why should I have to do 85 waves to get a cape with slightly better stats? Does that make any sense? Of course not.

My first reaction is are the capes going to be bundled into one victory or will we have to do it more than once? I think people didn't want the fight kiln itself not a new type of fight cave. Having an extension means 40 minutes to an hour of fluff to go through just to try the new content. I'm all for waiting a decent amount of time for a new cave and having to go through multiple waves that are just as hard as the entire fight caves. The feeling of getting past jad and getting killed within the first few waves because we haven't got to experience the new extension will cause a lot of frustration. I won't be voting for a 22 wave extension but I will certainly wait for a whole new cave that isn't the fight kiln itself. You could make it 40 waves+ of really hard waves and I would prefer that over going through the regular fight cave just to die, which i would expect to do trying the new cave. So to sum it all up no extension but a new and very challenging cave.
