Did you guys just add the best exp/h and decent money/h option for mining without polling?
Dynamite is tradable, so people can now get awesome mining exp. And even if dynamite rises in price, its still gonna be better then granite.
Great job jagex...

Granite still offers improved xp rates over Blast mining by a decent margin.

My apolologies. I was under the fact that granite was 60k exp/hr. More research showed that these rates got up to 71k exp/h.
Still a pretty huge buff. It makes mlm useless if you want decent exp/gp. Only the afk-part at mlm is advantage.
I believe that a little less bonus would be more balanced.

Can the Necromancy spellbook get some combat spells? It is the only spellbook without them and although the new spells that are added/are considered look amazing it is the only spellbook without a combat spell that could have some of the most interesting spells of the 4 spellbooks. When I think of Necromancy I think of dark magics used by evil mages to raise the dead and torment foes.

When it comes to the power of the combat spells they don't have to do tremendous damage either just enough to add some variation to the current PvP/PvM scene(like the Lunar spellbook did with Vengence and the ancient spellbook did with Ice, Blood and Shadow Barrage). Granted in this department I have no current suggestions, however I have seen a few on the forums and on the subreddit that really do much more than impress the eye and the imagination.

Also I think it would be rather funny/interesting if a different dialogue option was added to Malignus Mortifer if you talked to him while having the necromancy spellbook active.

Necro spells are a other forum thread.
I do not support more combat spells. But i would love a soul drain-like spell that drains special attack. This spell would change pvp combat mechanics alot, and make multi-combat alot more diverse. And pvp would have the update they cry for at all times. And it's not a op spec attack weapon ( what drag warhammer is in my eyes ).

Great work on the blast mining buff Kieren, it seems to be more balanced now. That being said, I do believe the mining of the essence for blood/soul runecrafting needs to be tweaked. Yes, the actual chiseling of the essence blocks can be considered "high effort", but that only accounts for about twenty seconds of the five minute(+) process before going to the altar. A possible suggestion is maybe individual rocks/veins that you can mine 4-5 blocks from each. This way it's not terribly click intensive, but it's also not 2 minutes and 20 seconds of full afk per inventory. Also, if the new graceful colors pass, will this be a one time payment with marks of grace or will you need to pay each time you change houses to change the appearance?

So people are actually voting in favor of a new weapon, which is obviously going to be tradable, but not on a personal challenge and feat reward (new cape)? How suprising. This is what the game has come to: new toys to give money, nothing else matters.

Edit: On the blast mining update. Good job, seems to be a viable option now at higher lvls. It also requires a good amount of time or money investment to get the required dynamite, not to mention using it and blowing it up with a decay timer on the ore/walls. I'm very happy with this part of Zeah. Good job.

THe little tweaks (roads are a good start) but I hope you keep building up this city. Still far away from a city in my opinion. Think big, go for full fortress in Shazyien, elementals, light creates as NPC's/roaming around Arceeus, you name it. Go fot it. GIve each house their own main building where the family lives, market place, squares...give us the great Kourend!

Siiickkk.

Glad the necromancy book is being buffed. It has a good niche as slower but less expensive prayer experience. Also gives a half decent reason to go train up on moss giants, their loot pool was pretty shabby but this helps. Personally I don't buy/sell any ensouled heads. I keep the ones I get and treat them as nearly-free prayer experience.

The favor interface being moved is very welcome. To those of us that play in a small window it was really in your face.

Might actually investigate blast mining now. If only there was a decent xp rate way to train thieving at low levels on Zeah... really wanna get 75 so I can add aviansies to my slayer masters, and the exp rates at low levels are so discouraging I want to die.

Thank you Jagex for fixing blast mining rates. It is now a viable training method for level 75+ miners.

I will stick to mlm for now due to it being less click intensive and i'm only 67 mining. Will use both methods when i reach 75+ Though (BM when i am 100% focused, MLM when i just whant to relax.)

:)
