Making fertiliser for house Hosidius is awful.

1. Farming stores do not sell packs of compost, have fun buying 27/28 at a time.
2. It requires 6 buckets per 0.1% - meaning 1.8k to unlock the spirit tree or 2.4k to unlock the cooking minigame.
3. In case you didn't read 1. that means you gotta buy 2.4k compost from the store.

edit: but hey! You get TWO experience each time you add Saltpetre to compost, wohoo.

Are there any teleports to and around Zeah available?

There's various other things, such as the spell on the standard spellbook, but they all need unlocking from the Zeah end first.

Hosidius task 3 tells me to use the spirit tree patch, so it isn't competable without 83 farming?

It's telling you that you've got enough favour to use that spirit tree patch if you so wish; it is not telling you that you're expected to do so. You can carry on doing other tasks around the area to earn favour until you unlock the tithe farm.

I have been looking for where to take the fertilizer for Hosidius house for 30 minutes...can anyone tell me where i should take it? Any mods know? It says make the fertilizer for rep but that doesn't generate any reputation.

South-west of the Hosidius bank is a little storage unit. The clerk can take it directly from your bank.

Could you have a look at the charcoal burners and see if the time it take to convert the logs is correct.

Yes, it's more like a fruit tree than a hops patch. That's why you get a lot of charcoal from a full complement of juniper logs.

The Contact NPC spell lets you check up on it remotely.

So as a pure i would like to know which families gives defence exp, because i wont be happy if i gain that or prayer. any mod can tell me? :)

The Shayzien tasks may give you training manuals that act a bit like genie lamps for combat skills, but provided you don't choose Defence XP they don't give you Defence XP.

The necromancy spellbook is a prayer-training activity, so do not do that.
