Yep it was...a year and a half ago. I was hoping we would have more details and polls on Zeah before then, but apparently we're not priority anymore. It's funny the only part that people are mentioning is balanced is the two new RC altars that was blogged and polled. Gee imagine that.
If we were given more time to blog and poll the updates that came out today it wouldn't be a total mess of things. There wasn't even time to add Zeah to the world map lol.
I'm hoping it changes for the rest of Zeah throughout the year. If the holiday break was the issue with getting it released in time then they should've pushed it back to February instead of rushing it. I'm all for waiting a little bit longer for something that's fun and works.

I feel like the rewards from Shay*ien are very underpowered, the armour doesn't look that good and really sucks.
I have Always thought there is a lack of usefull capes in OSRS, maybe you could ad a cape that you can obtain at 100%, you'd have to create it from Lizardman Fangs, Xerician fabric and a rare drop from a 6th (tier) NPC that walks in the same area but is slightly better, like combat level 126.
The stats on this cape would be slightly worse than a fire cape but still a good alternative to wear in combat. Like -2 in all defensive stats and -2 prayer bonus.
And i quickly want to point out, why does the tier 5 NPC not have a weapon?
