Player-run Games of Chance
Does this include stakers at the duel arena?
If im a legit 'doubler' looking to reward people depending on how much they trust me with do i get banned for doing so or only if i would walk away with their money?
(^yesterday i was bored after a lucky 6.3m flip and gave away some of it this way.)

Edit:
Offensive account name
I've been making a couple of new accounts for PKing, their names are misspelled versions of alcoholic beverages just like Armagnakk's, Burp**, Barleywhine (Armagnac, Burbon, Barleywine). Will there be a problem?

Money doubling is always against the rules. If a PMod or JMod comes across you offering to double money, they will take action.
You will never get anything for free. Anyone claiming that is trying to scam, lure or hijack you.

You sure about that? o_O
Seems harsh, since im not actually doubling anything just rewarding people for trusting me. :-(
This is the only way i can think of thats fun for me aswell as the ones i share my money with. I guess i could go back to teasing people at f2p pvp running around in 1m trimmed gear but whenever i did that i got pjed to death. Not too much fun especially not when they tell me to 'sit'. :|

Does the 'offensive name' report still require the offender to speak/trade before being able to report them? If so, waste of space there, please make it so that's not a necessity. 'Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.'

It doesn't, I succesfully reported someone that I didn't even see around.

Can any of the mods please give a breakdown for the report page.
I mean those rule breaks and what can they possibly be.
English isn't my main language and I don't really understand some terms such as Solicitation, Disruptive Behaviour and etc. Would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
Sometimes I post some cool and fun stuff, see for yourself!

I understand we have the relevant engine code for the dynamic world map that RuneScape's had in both the pre- and post- RS3 eras. It's really just a matter of having the engine team available to install it. Except there's always a bunch of other things that players want from that team too, so a map just hasn't got to the top of a priority list yet.

Until you have that time...howzabowt dat button we discussed on twitter? The one that's a simple link to the jpeg map?
