Meh skillcape perks could do with a buff -
Defence cape - Ring of Life is fairly "meh", could this be replaced with a once per day phoenix necklace use instead - or even better, both?
Ranged Cape - Ava's attractor? Really? Could this have another perk with it as well? Like, for example, bows fire low level ammo indefinitely when no other ammo is equipped? It's just giving the ava's attractor bonus is a little small.
Agility Cape - Could this also ensure that you will never fail an obstacle? Even at 99 you can still fail some obstacles so it would be nice if the cape ensured you never failed. Also, a faster energy regen when equipped would be nice... afterall agility cape is extremely hard to get.
Herblore Cape - Much prefer it just filled all vials in your inventory with water automatically, or just cleans all herbs immediately on use.
Smithing Cape - Okay, goldsmith gauntlets would be pointless as a perk. You're already 99! Could it not give you a permanent Ring of Forging instead? Or allow you to smith 8 cannonballs in one go (of course, it would still take 2 steel bars)? Something, you know, useful?
Firemaking Cape - Lightsource is good, but still not great. Perhaps it can create a fire anywhere 3 times per day, and maybe this fire could reduce chance of burning food? Act as a tinderbox too?
Farming - Perhaps another benefit could be that using it on a patch automatically removes any weeds and automatically composts it with supercompost?
A quest cape perk would be nice - perhaps a free daily teleport to Miscellania?
