I am disappointed to see the Skill Cape Perks mostly unchanged; some are still far more useful than others. It may be hard to balance them, but I think we could come a lot closer to equal perks than it currently is at. Some like Smithing are still rather useless while others like Crafting are still very useful (crafting=free bank tele). I am also sad to see the other Capes of Accomplishments excluded from the perks; what makes Skillcapes so much more special? Hopefully we could see changes to these perks in the future if they pass.

Also, why is the Ardougne Cloak being excluded from the Max Cape Stats? It is one of the BiS capes... Aside from that, everything looks good.

Because it's just the 3 capes you add to it is a BiS cape for each combat style Mage, range and mele I don't think it's really necessary to add more anyway.

Ardougne Cape 4 is also a BiS cape for both Stab Accuracy and Prayer, though.

50% special offered for ZGS? That's it? The spec is only useful once every 23 seconds, though. So what the hell is the point?

Give it a teleblock for 20 seconds on top of its 20 second freeze.

Mining seems a little bit OP though that only really matters for a handful of players going for post 99. Would like to see absorbed max capes appearances before the poll though. Overall this has been the happiest I've been with a pop for a while, glad about zulrah scales getting a new source, wish it was high level hunter but this is good too :) . Really hope zgs is done with the buffs after this poll though.

Love the devblog! Only few minor concerns are:

Can you please make it so we can combine the Ardougne Cloak 4 with the Max Cape too?

Can you please add the fact that you can only add ONE cape-slot item to the max cape at a time to the question?

Other than that, looks great! Great job Mods!

But the Ardy Cloak is Prayer =P I guess it isn't needed, but it does pose the issue of what happens when there is more than one BiS cape for a style. For example, the Fight Caves Expansion they mentioned will come with a new cape, for an undecided combat style; what if that is a better Magic Cape than the God Capes? Will you no longer be able to use the God Cape on the Max Cape and only be able to use the new one? Or will you be able to use both capes? I see that causing some consistency problems in the future when we do see new BiS capes....
