About crowding...
We've not instanced this boss, like we didn't instance Cerberus. So you will likely have to queue a bit for a Sire. If we'd instanced it, so that everyone could go grind on a Sire as fast as possible, the drops would come into the game far too fast, and would lose value very rapidly. In the case of Cerberus, a couple of weeks after launch the overcrowding had largely vanished; we expect this to be similar. So yes, you may find this a bit frustrating at the moment, but hopefully it'll make the content worthwhile for a longer time.

I got an off-topic question though...
Can we poll something to buff the kraken tentacle?
In my opinion it should be up to the players to decide if the whip or tentacle should be destroyd after a certain amount of hits. From a logical point of view it would be normal to think that the outside of an item is the one that is being worn out and destroyed unless you run with the absorbing theory, but still. The kraken tentacle is 1/400 from the boss and 1/1,2k from the normal cave krakens making it about twice as hard to get compared to the whip yet only a 5th of the price. problem is that few wants to do krakens as its not worth it xp wise or gp wise and its kinda annoying when u get a tentacle as its a rare drop yet worth close to nothing. please fix it so people can enjoy the great content

Not sure. We're a little busy with RuneFest, I'm afraid.
It'd likely include Halloween and hopefully the full launch of Deadman Mode.
