Yes, it's unlocked in the area outside the boss rooms where the Key Master stands.

The newspost says nothing about regular hellhounds dropping the smouldering stones? Did you forget to add the drop to them or..?

I guess it got forgotten. They now do. Just not often.

Those requirements exist, yes. They're in the skill-guides too.

Are you sure you wish to convert your dragon axe into an infernal axe? This cannot be reversed. Infernal axes are untradeable.
There's a corresponding message for pickaxes.

Because of the High slayer requirement to take down Cerberus, would it be possible to include the pet from normal hellhounds with a much lesser chance for pet. example: If Cerberus has a 1/1000 make regular hellhound pets 1/10000 or even like mithril dragons something like 1/30000. Just to let players have a slim (very very VERY slim) chance of getting the pet without having to grind out slayer to get it. I have been looking forward to this boss for a long time now (since the dev blog was released) and am sitting at 77 slayer.
